Austin-Small Psychological Consulting was established in June 2015, with headquarters in New York's Capital District.

 

Austin-Small Consulting offers evaluation and consultation services for individuals and agencies. Dr. Austin-Small specializes in United States Veterans Administration nexus letters and appeals. Dr. Austin-Small also conducts specialized evaluations for specific circumstances, including Fitness For Duty evaluations,  second opinions, disability and Social Security evaluations, and legal or financial competency evaluations.

 

Austin-Small Consulting provides State and local agencies with high-quality trainings, virtually or in-person. Trainings are customized to the type of employees and specifics of the work environment. Dr. Austin-Small has provided clinical and skill training for direct care workers, nurses, social workers, psychologists, management, and non-clinical staff.
